PROJECT: Aldi Refurbishment Rollout

Due to our successful relationship with Aldi, we secured the management contract framework for the £6m per year rollout in the Goldthorpe region. This involved extensive pre-construction management to ensure that all works on site, ran seamlessly, which enabled us to handover all stores in 2019 on time, and secure our place as management contractor in 2020. Our schemes have exceeded all other regions in terms of commercial, quality, and satisfaction performance indicators.

Zenith managed the full internal fit out, inclusive of internal and external drainage, refrigeration installations and new chiller cases and freezers. A full sales floor decoration package, floor remedials, and POS upgrade are all undertaken within our scope. Most of these works are undertaken whilst the store continues to trade, only closing for a few days at the end of the programme. The sales floor is upgraded on a 24-hour programme of works prior to store re-opening.
