Works involved piling, groundworks, suspended ground floor slab, upper floor decks, roofing works, specialist glazed atrium, specialist cladding, and all hard and soft landscaping.

The internal works included full HTM / HBN standard fit-out along with full M&E design, encapsulated door sets, bespoke reception desks, 13 persons lift and an underfloor heating system.

This new centre of excellence is serving as a hub to treat more than 9,000 people every year for diabetes and metabolic bone diseases such as osteoporosis. In addition, it is providing a significantly expanded range of accommodation for world-class diabetes and endocrinology research and other research teams.
