Zenith secured the £1.5m extension scheme for Aldi as principal contractor, as a result of our continued commitment, and successful delivery. This was competitively tendered, and our specialist Aldi division worked tirelessly on this project. Works involved forming a new extension to two elevations. This included specialist temporary works involving roof truss jacking and removing one elevation of the building that had been constructed in

precast concrete.

All groundworks, a full M&E upgrade, internal fit-out, hard and soft landscaping, and conversion to CO2 refrigeration and new chiller and freezer installations were part of this project. The combined value of this project, inclusive of the client directs, are valued over £3m. Zenith Developments Group completed and handed over in February 2021.
