Zenith Developments Group has delivered the Aldi Project Fresh programme through a management contracting route over a seven-year period, supporting the ongoing refurbishment and upgrade of stores nationwide.
During the current year alone, Zenith is delivering over £2 million of works directly while managing a total programme value exceeding £30 million.
The Brief
The programme required the consistent delivery of refurbishment and upgrade works across multiple live retail environments, maintaining operational continuity while improving store layouts, efficiency, and customer experience.
