Terry Hill
Construction Director

Terry joined Zenith Developments Group in 2018 as Construction Director, bringing nearly 20 years of experience delivering complex, high-value projects across multiple sectors. He oversees construction operations across the business, leading teams to deliver excellence while maintaining a strong focus on safety, quality, programme and commercial performance.
Wayne Sutton
Operations Director

Wayne joined Zenith Developments Group in April 2026 as Operations Director, bringing over 40 years of experience in the construction industry. Previously Regional Managing Director at Gleeson Homes in East Yorkshire, he led a period of significant growth and brings a wealth of knowledge, leadership and expertise to support Zenith’s continued success.
Ross Armstrong
Project Manager

Ross joined Zenith Developments Group in 2022 and now operates as a Project Manager, bringing a strong background in construction that began with a joinery apprenticeship and NVQ Level 2 and 3 qualifications. With experience across NHS, education, mental health, MOD and MOJ projects, he has successfully delivered multiple schemes while maintaining high standards of quality, safety and programme management.
George Chapman
Building Services Manager

George Chapman joined Zenith Developments Group in 2024 as Building Services Manager, bringing a strong background in commercial and industrial pipefitting with NVQ Level 2 and 3 qualifications in Heating and Ventilation. With experience across NHS, defence, ports, education and residential projects, he oversees the mechanical and electrical elements of multiple schemes, ensuring high standards of quality, safety and efficiency.
Lee Parker
Contracts Manager

Lee joined Zenith Developments Group in April 2018 as Contracts Manager, bringing over 15 years of hands-on experience as a carpenter and joiner. Now delivering retail fit-out and healthcare projects, he leads teams across multiple sites with a pragmatic, organised approach, maintaining high standards of safety, quality and programme while supporting strong, well-led teams.
Garry Acton
Senior Contracts Manager

Garry joined Zenith Developments Group in 2022 as Senior Contracts Manager, bringing over 22 years of experience in the construction industry. He oversees projects from tender through to completion, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget and to the highest standards, while using his strong leadership, communication and problem-solving skills to drive successful project outcomes.
Graham Lonsdale
Senior Contracts Manager

Graham joined Zenith Developments Group in 2025 as Senior Contracts Manager, bringing over 30 years of experience in the construction industry. Starting his career as a joiner before progressing into management, he has worked across a wide range of projects from small-scale builds to large new build and refurbishment schemes, leading teams to deliver projects safely, on time and to a high standard.
Emma Beaumont
Assistant Commercial Manager

Emma joined Zenith Developments Group in 2020 and now works as Assistant Commercial Manager, bringing a strong background in finance and commercial operations. After five years as Finance Manager and gaining international experience in Australia and New Zealand, she transitioned into the commercial team in 2025, where she supports project delivery with a keen eye for detail and a fresh perspective.

HSEQ Manager

Gavin joined Zenith Developments Group in 2025 as HSEQ Manager, bringing a strong construction background alongside experience gained during service in the British Army. He leads the health, safety, environmental and quality function across the business, working closely with teams to embed high standards, drive continuous improvement and promote a positive, proactive safety culture.

Assistant Project Manager

Levi joined Zenith Developments Group in January 2024 as Assistant Project Manager, bringing over 10 years of experience in the construction industry. With a background spanning new build, refurbishment, demolition and housing projects across both public and private sectors, he supports the successful delivery of projects while maintaining high standards of safety, quality and performance.

Senior Finance Manager

Chloe joined Zenith Developments Group in 2026 as Finance Manager, bringing strong experience in finance operations and reporting. With a hands-on and organised approach, she focuses on understanding the business, improving processes and ensuring accuracy across all financial activities.

Administrator

Danielle joined Zenith Developments Group in July 2024 as Administrator, bringing a strong background in administration and customer service. With previous experience supporting a family law department at a solicitors, she plays a key role in supporting day-to-day operations and keeping the business running smoothly.

Joe joined Zenith Developments Group in 2018 as Site Manager, bringing 17 years of experience in the construction industry. With a background as a joiner, he is known for his hardworking and hands-on approach, leading teams to deliver high-quality projects safely, on time and to a high standard.
James Orwin
Site Manager

James joined Zenith Developments Group in 2018 as Site Manager, bringing 24 years of experience in the construction industry. With a background as a joiner and extensive experience across the UK and Europe, he specialises in retail fit-outs and construction, leading projects with a strong focus on programme delivery, quality and health and safety compliance.

Dave joined Zenith Developments Group in 2019 as Site Manager, bringing a strong background in joinery and site supervision. With a hands-on approach and attention to detail, he leads teams to deliver high-quality projects across residential and commercial sites, ensuring work is completed safely, on programme and to a high standard.

Tom joined Zenith Developments Group in September 2017 as Site Manager, progressing from a joinery background through supervisory roles. With a hands-on approach and strong work ethic, he leads teams to deliver projects to a high standard, supporting colleagues on site and ensuring programmes are met safely and efficiently.

With a background in joinery and a track record delivering projects including a £2.5m Moto fit-out and a £4m Lidl new build, he is known for his strong work ethic, attention to detail and commitment to high standards, leading teams to deliver successful projects.
