Calum founded Zenith Developments Group in 2016 with the ambition of building a construction company that clients could rely on for quality, transparency and exceptional service. Through his leadership, Zenith has grown from a startup into an established main contractor, successfully delivering projects across the healthcare, education, retail, commercial and public sectors. Passionate about developing both people and the business, Calum continues to drive Zenith forward with a focus on innovation, strong partnerships and delivering projects that make a lasting impact.

Wayne joined Zenith Developments Group in April 2026 as Operations Director, bringing over 40 years of experience in the construction industry. Previously Regional Managing Director at Gleeson Homes in East Yorkshire, he led a period of significant growth and brings a wealth of knowledge, leadership and expertise to support Zenith’s continued success.

Matt joined Zenith Developments Group in 2021 as Associate Director, bringing a strong background from his early career as an apprentice joiner into the commercial side of construction. With hands-on experience and a focus on subcontractor engagement, he plays a key role in setting projects up for success and ensuring a strong start on site, while bringing energy and passion both in and out of work.

Garry joined Zenith Developments Group in 2022 as Senior Contracts Manager, bringing over 22 years of experience in the construction industry. He oversees projects from tender through to completion, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget and to the highest standards, while using his strong leadership, communication and problem-solving skills to drive successful project outcomes.

Lee joined Zenith Developments Group in April 2018 as Contracts Manager, bringing over 15 years of hands-on experience as a carpenter and joiner. Now delivering retail fit-out and healthcare projects, he leads teams across multiple sites with a pragmatic, organised approach, maintaining high standards of safety, quality and programme while supporting strong, well-led teams.

Ross joined Zenith Developments Group in 2022 and now operates as a Project Manager, bringing a strong background in construction that began with a joinery apprenticeship and NVQ Level 2 and 3 qualifications. With experience across NHS, education, mental health, MOD and MOJ projects, he has successfully delivered multiple schemes while maintaining high standards of quality, safety and programme management.

Levi joined Zenith Developments Group in January 2024 as Assistant Project Manager, bringing over 10 years of experience in the construction industry. With a background spanning new build, refurbishment, demolition and housing projects across both public and private sectors, he supports the successful delivery of projects while maintaining high standards of safety, quality and performance.

George Chapman joined Zenith Developments Group in 2024 as Building Services Manager, bringing a strong background in commercial and industrial pipefitting with NVQ Level 2 and 3 qualifications in Heating and Ventilation. With experience across NHS, defence, ports, education and residential projects, he oversees the mechanical and electrical elements of multiple schemes, ensuring high standards of quality, safety and efficiency.

Chris joined Zenith Developments Group in 2020 as Senior Commercial Manager, bringing nearly 30 years of experience across construction, engineering and associated sectors. He leads all commercial, procurement and supply chain functions, overseeing projects from tender through to final account while managing client relationships and driving performance across a wide range of sectors.

Emma joined Zenith Developments Group in 2020 and now works as Assistant Commercial Manager, bringing a strong background in finance and commercial operations. After five years as Finance Manager and gaining international experience in Australia and New Zealand, she transitioned into the commercial team in 2025, where she supports project delivery with a keen eye for detail and a fresh perspective.

Becky joined Zenith Developments Group in June 2026 as Assistant Commercial Manager. A Law and Criminology graduate from the University of Hull, she brings commercial experience from the new-build housing sector, having worked as an Assistant Quantity Surveyor managing project costs, valuations and subcontractor accounts. Combining legal knowledge with practical construction expertise, Becky has a strong focus on risk management, negotiation and delivering commercially successful projects.

Ellis joined Zenith Developments Group in June 2024 as Trainee Quantity Surveyor, bringing hands-on construction experience alongside studying a construction management degree. With a strong willingness to learn and develop, he has progressed into an estimating role, building good relationships across the team and supply chain while supporting projects with a positive and professional approach.

Chloe joined Zenith Developments Group in 2026 as Finance Manager, bringing strong experience in finance operations and reporting. With a hands-on and organised approach, she focuses on understanding the business, improving processes and ensuring accuracy across all financial activities.

Danielle joined Zenith Developments Group in July 2024 as Office Manager, bringing a strong background in administration and customer service. With previous experience supporting a family law department at a solicitors, she plays a key role in supporting day-to-day operations and keeping the business running smoothly.

Ava joined Zenith Developments Group in July 2026 as an Accounts Apprentice, having previously completed work experience with the company while at school. Currently studying towards her AAT Level 2 qualification, she is gaining valuable hands-on experience within the accounts team while building a strong foundation in finance. Enthusiastic and eager to learn, Ava is developing the skills needed for a successful career in accounting.

Joe joined Zenith Developments Group in 2018 as Site Manager, bringing 17 years of experience in the construction industry. With a background as a joiner, he is known for his hardworking and hands-on approach, leading teams to deliver high-quality projects safely, on time and to a high standard.

James joined Zenith Developments Group in 2018 as Site Manager, bringing 24 years of experience in the construction industry. With a background as a joiner and extensive experience across the UK and Europe, he specialises in retail fit-outs and construction, leading projects with a strong focus on programme delivery, quality and health and safety compliance.

Dave joined Zenith Developments Group in 2019 as Site Manager, bringing a strong background in joinery and site supervision. With a hands-on approach and attention to detail, he leads teams to deliver high-quality projects across residential and commercial sites, ensuring work is completed safely, on programme and to a high standard.

Tom joined Zenith Developments Group in September 2017 as Site Manager, progressing from a joinery background through supervisory roles. With a hands-on approach and strong work ethic, he leads teams to deliver projects to a high standard, supporting colleagues on site and ensuring programmes are met safely and efficiently.

Karl joined Zenith Developments Group in September 2023 as Site Manager, bringing over 25 years of experience as a shopfitter, joiner and site manager. With a strong background delivering retail, commercial and forecourt projects for major brands, he leads teams with a hands-on approach, ensuring projects are delivered safely, efficiently and to a high standard.

Lewis joined Zenith Developments Group in January 2021 as Site Manager, bringing 10 years of experience in the construction industry. With a background in joinery and a track record delivering projects including a £2.5m Moto fit-out and a £4m Lidl new build, he is known for his strong work ethic, attention to detail and commitment to high standards, leading teams to deliver successful projects.

Brad joined Zenith Developments Group in September 2023 as Site Manager/Joiner. Starting on NHS projects, he developed a strong understanding of site standards before progressing into managing Aldi schemes, where he works closely with clients to deliver projects to a high standard while building strong relationships for future opportunities.

Scott joined Zenith Developments Group in June 2026 as Site Manager, bringing a wealth of construction experience and a strong commitment to delivering projects safely, on time and to the highest standards. With a hands-on approach and a focus on quality, teamwork and effective site management, he works closely with clients, subcontractors and project teams to ensure the successful delivery of every project.
