Our Story
Zenith Developments Group was established in April 2016 with a clear ambition: to deliver construction projects with integrity, professionalism and a genuine focus on client satisfaction. Founded by Managing Director Calum Preston, the business began in a modest home office, driven by a hands-on approach and a determination to do things properly.
Early success saw Zenith quickly secure projects with major organisations including the NHS and Aldi. A defining milestone came in 2017, when Zenith was awarded a significant national framework with Aldi, delivering 47 stores as part of the Project Fresh Rollout without missing a single opening date. This achievement helped cement Zenith’s reputation for reliability, precision and programme-driven delivery.
As the business grew, strategic appointments strengthened the leadership team, including the introduction of Tier-1 contractor experience that helped shape Zenith’s systems, processes and culture. Over time, Zenith evolved from a specialist subcontractor into a trusted main contractor, capable of delivering complex projects while maintaining the values of a close-knit, family-run business.
Today, Zenith operates from modern offices and continues to expand its national footprint, working across multiple sectors and frameworks while staying true to the principles on which the business was founded.
