Zenith Developments Group was commissioned by Moto Hospitality to deliver the complete internal fit-out of the new Sawtry Moto motorway service station. Strategically located to serve thousands of motorists each day, the £2.4 million project forms part of Moto’s continued investment in high-quality, future-ready roadside infrastructure. Spanning approximately 1,000 square metres, the facility brings together a diverse mix of retail and hospitality outlets, alongside modern fuel provision and electric vehicle charging infrastructure.
The Brief
Moto required a fast-track, high-quality internal fit-out capable of accommodating multiple national brands within a single operational environment. The project demanded close coordination between stakeholders, brand partners, and suppliers, alongside rigorous programme management to meet an accelerated 14-week delivery schedule without compromising quality or safety.

Zenith Developments Group delivered a fully coordinated internal fit-out for the Sawtry Moto Services development, incorporating full mechanical and electrical design and installation alongside the integration of multiple retail and hospitality units within a single operational environment.
Working to an accelerated 14-week programme, the project required close collaboration with the client, supply chain, and brand partners to meet individual specifications and operational requirements.
