Project Overview
Zenith Developments Group delivered the Suite 36 Office Fit-Out for Hull University Teaching Hospitals, a fast-track £1 million commercial project supporting the client’s urgent estate expansion. Tendered on a 70:30 Price:Quality basis, Zenith strengthened its proposal through early appointment of a full design team, ensuring buildability and alignment from the outset.
Completed within an 11-week programme, the project required rapid mobilisation, careful coordination, and the delivery of a high-quality, modern workspace. The scheme also supported the relocation and integration of multiple departments, managed through detailed planning and ongoing stakeholder engagement.
The Brief
The client required a contemporary office environment delivered within a highly compressed programme, while accommodating the relocation of multiple departments with minimal disruption. The project needed to balance design quality, acoustic performance, and functionality, alongside incorporating features that support wellbeing and sustainability.

Our Solution
Zenith delivered a fully coordinated office fit-out, incorporating high-quality internal finishes, acoustic glazed partitions, bespoke joinery, and integrated furniture solutions aligned with the client’s design vision.
The scheme also included specialist elements such as a passenger lift, acoustic ceiling treatments, and a biophilic green wall. Careful planning and stakeholder coordination ensured the seamless relocation of departments and delivery of the workspace within the demanding programme.
The Outcome
The successful delivery of Suite 36 demonstrates Zenith Developments Group’s ability to meet high-pressure timelines while maintaining design quality, acoustic performance, and sustainable workplace features. The completed space provides a modern, functional environment that supports collaboration, wellbeing, and long-term use.
