Commitment to Achieving Net Zero
Zenith Developments Group is committed to achieving a net zero carbon balance by January 2033, or earlier where practicable. This commitment forms part of the organisation’s wider environmental and sustainability strategy and exceeds the UK Government minimum target of Net Zero by 2050.
Zenith Developments Group is committed to reducing emissions associated with its operations, transport activities, procurement practices, energy consumption, waste management and supply chain activities.
This Carbon Reduction Plan has been completed in accordance with PPN 06/21, the Greenhouse Gas Protocol Corporate Accounting and Reporting Standard, SECR methodology and DEFRA environmental reporting guidance.
Baseline Emissions Footprint
Baseline emissions are a record of the greenhouse gases produced prior to the introduction of significant carbon reduction initiatives.

Methodology and Assumptions
The emissions figures within this Carbon Reduction Plan are estimated using available operational data, expenditure analysis and UK Government conversion factors for company reporting.
The methodology follows DEFRA Greenhouse Gas Reporting Conversion Factors, the GHG Protocol Corporate Standard and PPN 06/21 guidance.
The estimates have been developed using fleet fuel usage assumptions, electricity consumption estimates, mileage data, waste generation assumptions and procurement expenditure estimates.

This Carbon Reduction Plan has been completed in accordance with PPN 06/21 and associated guidance and reporting standards for Carbon Reduction Plans.
Emissions have been reported and recorded in accordance with the published reporting standard for Carbon Reduction Plans and the GHG Reporting Protocol corporate standard.
This Carbon Reduction Plan has been reviewed and approved by senior management.
