Managers and supervisors are responsible for ensuring that quality standards and procedures are communicated, understood and applied within their areas of responsibility.

All employees and individuals working on behalf of Zenith Developments Group Ltd are expected to support and uphold this policy and contribute to maintaining high standards of quality across the business.

REVIEW

This Quality Management Policy will be reviewed periodically to ensure it remains relevant, effective and aligned with the organisation’s objectives, industry best practice and applicable standards.
