ZENITH DEVELOPMENTS GROUP LTD (“ZDG”) is committed to working with suppliers, subcontractors and partners who share our values of integrity, professionalism and responsible business conduct.
Our supply chain plays a vital role in the successful delivery of our construction projects. We expect all organisations and individuals working with or on behalf of Zenith Developments Group Ltd to operate to high ethical, legal and professional standards.
This Supply Chain Code of Conduct outlines the principles and expectations that apply to all suppliers, subcontractors, consultants and business partners engaged by ZDG.
SCOPE OF THIS CODE
This code applies to all suppliers, subcontractors, consultants and third-party partners who provide goods, services or labour to Zenith Developments Group Ltd.
Suppliers are expected to communicate these principles within their own organisations and, where appropriate, ensure their own supply chains operate in accordance with similar standards.
LEGAL AND REGULATORY COMPLIANCE
Suppliers and subcontractors must comply with all applicable laws, regulations and industry standards in the jurisdictions in which they operate.
This includes compliance with legislation relating to employment, health and safety, environmental protection, anti-bribery and corruption and human rights.
ETHICAL BUSINESS PRACTICES
ZDG expects all suppliers and partners to conduct business with honesty, integrity and transparency.
Suppliers must not engage in bribery, corruption, fraud or any form of unethical behaviour. All business dealings must comply with applicable anti-bribery and anti-corruption legislation, including the UK Bribery Act 2010.
Suppliers must also avoid conflicts of interest and ensure that business decisions are made objectively and in accordance with ethical standards.
LABOUR AND HUMAN RIGHTS
Zenith Developments Group Ltd is committed to protecting human rights and preventing modern slavery in all forms.
Suppliers must comply with all relevant labour laws and ensure fair treatment of workers, including the prohibition of forced labour, child labour, human trafficking or any form of exploitation.
Suppliers are expected to operate in accordance with the principles outlined in the Modern Slavery Act 2015 and to take appropriate steps to ensure these standards are upheld within their own supply chains.
HEALTH AND SAFETY
Suppliers and subcontractors must provide safe and healthy working environments for their employees and any individuals affected by their activities.
All suppliers must comply with applicable health and safety legislation and maintain appropriate procedures, training and controls to manage risks effectively.
Where suppliers work on ZDG projects, they must comply with Zenith Developments Group Ltd’s Health and Safety requirements and site procedures.
ENVIRONMENTAL RESPONSIBILITY
Zenith Developments Group Ltd is committed to responsible construction and minimising environmental impact.
Suppliers are expected to operate in an environmentally responsible manner, complying with applicable environmental legislation and adopting practices that support sustainable construction and responsible resource management.
Suppliers should take reasonable steps to reduce environmental impact, manage waste responsibly and support environmental improvements where possible.

Suppliers and subcontractors are expected to comply with relevant Zenith Developments Group Ltd policies, including but not limited to:

These policies support ZDG’s commitment to ethical, responsible and compliant business practices.
REPORTING CONCERNS
ZDG encourages openness and transparency in all business relationships.
Suppliers and partners who become aware of behaviour that may breach this Code of Conduct are encouraged to report concerns through appropriate channels, including the Zenith Developments Group Ltd Whistleblowing Policy.
Concerns raised in good faith will be taken seriously and handled appropriately.
BREACHES OF THIS CODE
Failure to comply with this Supply Chain Code of Conduct may result in the review or termination of business relationships with Zenith Developments Group Ltd.
Suppliers are expected to cooperate with ZDG in addressing any concerns or compliance issues that arise.
REVIEW
This Supply Chain Code of Conduct will be reviewed periodically to ensure it remains relevant and aligned with legal requirements, industry standards and Zenith Developments Group Ltd’s organisational values.
